Is Concrete Remedy™ difficult to apply?
No, you can brush it on, roll it on, spray it on, or you might want to just pour it on and squeegee it out. Link to the application sheet on the Product Information page for more information.
How often will I need to re-apply Concrete Remedy™?
The Deep Seal is a permanent one-time application that will never require re-application after it is initially applied. The Top Seal may require re-application in high traffic areas after 5-10 years depending on the type and volume of traffic.
Is Concrete Remedy™ slippery, and does it stain my concrete?
No, Concrete Remedy™ leaves no surface film to create a slippery surface, and is completely water clear causing no discoloration, so it may be used over stamped concrete without affecting the color.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.
How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or Truck Freight depending on the quantity ordered. We always strive to ship by the least expensive mode in order to save you money.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after you place you order.
What is your return policy?
Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately not at this time, just orders placed in the United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
